Homework Policy The purpose of homework is to further supplement a student's grasp of a particular concept(s). It is the responsibility of the student to manage his/her time as it pertains to specific due dates. In order to enhance the learning process, it is to the student's advantage to read accompanying sections of the text and, on a regular basis, review notes given in class. As a result, tests/quizzes will be easier to prepare for. Make-Up Policy It is the student's responsibility to make-up assignments missed due to an absence from class. Make-up work is to be completed in a timely manner. Specifically, the amount of days missed from class is the same number of days a student has to make-up any work. If the student is aware of an upcoming absence, it would be beneficial for the student to speak with Mr. Bost to obtain any assignments, if available, prior to the absence occuring. |
