Arendell Parrot Academy

 ALERTNOW Rapid Notification Service is an automated system that alerts parents to opening/closing changes at the Academy.

IMPORTANT:  PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING FORM:

1.   The NIGHT/WEEKEND contact may include two numbers.  In the event of inclement weather, be sure to check these lines. ALERTNOW will leave a message on an answering machine.

2.   The SCHOOL-TIME contact may include up to four numbers.  This list will be used in situations when the school day is interrupted.

3.  Be sure to include area code.

4.  The call is a RECORDED MESSAGE -- IT CANNOT

      -dial extensions

      -ask for a particular person

      -key in messages to digital pagers

5.  It does not work if you have a block on your phone line.

6.  The work number should be a direct number to you, not an operator or other person, unless they know the message is to be given to you.

7.   The night/weekend list will be called as early as 6:00 a.m.  Please do not give the phone number of a neighbor, relative or friend who may not appreciate a call at that time of the morning.

8.   Do not give us the phone number of other APA parents. 

This information is general information for all APA families.  It cannot be used to contact you about your individual child.

If you do not provide this information, you WILL NOT BE INCLUDED in this notification service.
